Stunning Welsh coastline
Anglesey is an island off the north coast of Wales which can be reached by bridge from the mainland. At 673 sq km it is small enough to get to know it properly, but big enough to feel like you have it all to yourself.
Anglesey is about being outdoors. On foot, bike, horse, kayak or boat.
Enjoying some fabulous engineering and architecture; the Menai Suspension Bridge by Thomas Telford and Britannia Bridge are examples of Victorian ingenuity. The Beaumaris Castle is a stunning example of the many castles in Wales.
Famed for its outdoors and especially coast, the Anglesey Coastal Path offers a 200km long tour of the island. Including stops at 20 towns and villages along the way.
The beaches on Anglesey are stunning; with such stand out examples as: Port Dafarch, Red Wharf Bay, Church Bay, Trearddur Bay and Benllech.
