The Royal Yacht Britannia, personal yacht of Queen Elizabeth II, is now moored at the port of Leith as a tourist attraction.


Edinburgh is renowned for the annual Fringe Festival held every August. It brings together from across the globe artists and performers looking to establish a name for themselves and be discovered.


Visiting a whiskey distillery and sampling some of the products is a tourist right of passage and with good cause. Even for those who don’t like whiskey, it can still be an afternoon well spent.
