Glorious beaches and countryside
Suffolk is a British holiday favourite. Renowned for its stunning countryside, clean air, and beautiful beaches. It has over 50 miles of coastline to explore, most notably: Aldeburgh, Lowestoft, and Southwold, among many others.
A county full of history, it has numerous impressive sites – most notably; the spectacular medieval fortress Framlingham Castle, the preserved medieval village of Lavenham, and the Cathedral of Bury St. Edmunds.
Famed British artist John Constable comes from Suffolk and painted many of his most famous works in the county, giving the south of the county the moniker “Constable Country”.
