Winchester is a beautiful city in the south of England. Often referred to as England’s most liveable. It is known for its pleasant atmosphere, stunning architecture and history.


It enjoys an history which stands out even for England. Having been founded by the Romans, there are still historic walls to this day. During the Anglo Saxon period it was for a centre of royal administration for England, with many referring to it as the capital.


Winchester Cathedral is famed for its historic importance, beauty and royal connections. Built from 1079 to 1532. Winchester Castle, and Winchester Guildhall are other notable buildings worth viewing.
